Life has a tendency to throw all kinds of challenges at us and how we respond to life is what is going to determine the quality of our lives.

It is so important that you develop the right coping strategies to deal with life.  Sometimes you just have to "Give `Life The Rope A Dope" and allow life to punch itself out on your guard before you turn it around and knock the challenge out!
